A team of 164 skydivers hurtle towards the earth head-first – setting a new world record in the process. The aerial athletes exited simultaneously from seven aircraft above the drop zone at Skydive Chicago in Ottawa, Illinois.
The jumpers required breathing apparatus as they smashed the previous world record of 138 in the vertical formation (freefly) category. The jump team were required to join hands in a pre-designed formation while upside down and travelling at 290km/h.
Jumpers travelled from around the world to take part, including the UK, France, Belgium, Canada, Australia, Finland, the UAE and Venezuela.
