Hendrik Botha is a 61-year-old South African who is absolutely addicted to Coca-Cola… drinking it, AND collecting it.
He owns thousands of the brand’s cans, posters, dinner plates and lampshades, and he manages to keep the almighty assortment of all things Coke inside a purpose-built annex in his back garden.
Coke-mad Mr Botha is famously known as ‘Oupa Coke’ to this friends and family. He began his collection in 1995 after installing a bar in his home.
Drinking two litres of water daily is challenging, but ‘Oupa Coke’ manages to drink about 4 litres of Coke every day!
