The stories of young men who have been brutally assaulted in nightclubs are constantly in the media. Recently a man was allegedly stabbed to death by a bouncer when he tried to stop a fight. Violence in South Africa is a huge issue, but when you throw alcohol, adrenalin and the nightclub scene into the mix, you land up with a dangerous combination. Garry Hertzberg is joined by a man who was brutally assaulted in a nightclub attack a few years ago as well as an ex-bouncer.
