Archbishop Desmond Tutu has said that a dignified death is our right and that he is in favour of assisted dying. The question is how valid is a Living Will? Can you direct your family and doctors in a Living Will to withdraw or withhold treatment so that you can die with dignity? The law on this is extremely interesting. Also, with forged wills leaving rightful heirs penniless, the team talks to The South African Registry of Wills, a private organisation striving to get people to register their wills with them.
