Galia’s no slouch – she’s a member of the Golden Key Society (Top 15% of her year). She completed her BCOM in 2008 majoring in law and marketing then completed an LLB in 2010. She completed her articles at Fluxmans in 2012 and became a Director in 2017. Focusing on litigation, Galia obtained her right of appearance to appear in the High Court. When it comes to commercial and residential evictions, Galia knows how to skilfully navigate her way through the process and challenges, and there’s never a dull day.

Danie has been a director at Fluxmans since 2010. His journey started at RAU in 1980, and he obtained his BA LLB degree in 1985. For a while he lectured in commercial law, estoppel and unjust enrichment, whilst completing his thesis for his LLM degree. In contrast to many, Danie practiced as an advocate at the Johannesburg Bar, before he decided to join Fluxman Rabinowitz Raphaely Weiner as an attorney. Specialising in commercial and labour litigation, he also has a broad spectrum of experience from when he was Group Human Resources and Legal Director on the Metcash Trading Africa Board of Directors.

Trevor graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BA Degree (1998), an LLB Degree (1991) and an LLM Degree (2003). He was admitted as an attorney in 1994. He practiced in various firms, big and small, in Cape Town, Sydney and Johannesburg, and eventually joined Fluxmans as a director in 2014 in the Litigation Department. When not litigating, Trevor keeps an eagle eye on international affairs, is an avid reader of biographies and autobiographies and keenly follows the fortunes of our national sports teams on the international stage.
