A Japanese spa which gives pampering sessions for pets has unveiled its latest offer - dog exorcisms. Among high-end gourmet meals, luxury baths and overnight stays, the pet spa also plans to help settle possessed pooches. It lists a Shinto priest among its attendants ready to help pets beset by evil spirits. The "Pet Dog Exorcism Plan" listed on the spa's website takes 30 minutes, and costs the equivalent of R4400,00!

Thousands of people in Hull have stripped naked for art, painting themselves blue to represent water. They posed in the street for the American photographer Spencer Tunick, whose work 'Sea of Hull' will be shown during Hull City of Culture 2017. Hull was announced the winner of UK City of Culture 2017 in 2013. The award is given every four years to a city that demonstrates the belief in the transformational power of culture.

David Schneider and Derren Guile were kayaking in their costumes for a Superhero Paddle when they spotted the victim being dragged across the beach and into the English Channel. The pair paddled over to the man who was struggling to take control of the kite, who was rather surprised to be rescued by the two superheroes!
