Jon Savage was the lead singer for Cassette, musical director at the SAMA’s for many years, had a rock show on radio and is a director, writer and now actor. Beyond love, Jon Savage’s father gave him the best gift a parent ever could – he showed, by example, that there are no limits in life. It’s what inspired Savage to do things like run his own film company, start a band, convince Lenny Kravitz to send a birthday wish to an infatuated friend and, characteristically, shoot for the stars. Jon’s most recent project is a movie which was recently screened at the Cannes Film Festival entitled ‘Stone Cold Jane Austen’.
