Founder of Elegance Group, Max Hussmann, is a mere 30 years old, but he has achieved more than most businessmen hope to achieve in their entire careers. He was just 18 years old when he realised he wanted to make his own money, and lots of it. Max’s aviation business, Elegance Group, includes Elegance Air, sport consulting and aviation consulting. Elegance offers “the hour package flying principle” with chartered airlines, where companies are able to buy bulk hours of 25 to 50 hours and use them when it suits them. However, business success is not all the Max is determined to conquer, he also just happens to be a 2016 swimming Olympic hopeful.
