Award-winning Yusuf Omar is one of the leaders in the mobile journalism revolution internationally, and has been producing stories with cellphones since 2010. From his days working as a Senior Social Media Reporter at CNN, being the Mobile Editor at the Hindustan Times in India and eNCA in South Africa, he’s built up his experience to now launch Hashtag Our Stories, which aims to empower mobile storytelling communities around the world and create shows in every language.
