Brett Ladds is more than just your accomplished chef with a long list of celebrities that he has cooked for. He cheffed and assisted in the coordination of the 1994 Inauguration of President Mandela. He personally managed the presidential guesthouse and served as executive chef under Nelson Mandela and Thabo Mbeki.
