Are we becoming a “Zimbabwe”? Weakening Rand, errant leadership, land redistribution, increasing talk of colonialists and white monopoly capital, appear to be a similar concoction of issues to those that led to the once proud and strong nation of Zimbabwe coming to its knees. Are these signs that we are headed to becoming a Zimbabwe, or are we overlooking other important features of our nation that will ensure that we remain standing where Zimbabwe fell?
