IMG-20160223-WA0002When much-loved South African actor and businesswomen Sophie Ndaba walked into our studios, we couldn’t help but notice her slimmer look so we were more than chuffed when she dished on the reason behind her sleeker physique on The Gareth Cliff Show.

The actress popularly known for her role as Queen on SABC1 soap Generations admitted her diabetes diagnosis last year ignited the healthier lifestyle she now leads. Ndaba has now cut sugar out of her eating plan and has increased her protein intake. So far she’s found that she’s even a happier person as a result!

We don’t blame her for not shying away from rocking her new look because she admitted that even if she were to marry a president, she’d be able to hold her own and even proudly still keep showing off her cleavage!

On the note of tying the knot, after two failed marriages Ndaba still believes in love and is open to being a Mrs again, especially with the hunky new man in her life.
